1 medium banana
1 cup kale
5 red grapes
2 orange slices
1/8 cup dry or roasted oats (I use gluten free ones)
2 tsp natural peanut butter (smooth, unsalted, unsweetened)1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Blend (layer as recipe list suggests) and enjoy!!
I use a Vitamix blender. Make sure whichever one you use has the power to blend until smooth.
You can make thicker by adding less ice or almond milk and thinner by adding more.
