Makes 3 cups
Time: 15 minutes
2 tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt, or more to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp dried basil
2 can (15 oz ea) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil….more for drizzling if desired
In a food processor, blend first 6 ingredients
Add cannellini beans and process to rough puree.
With motor running, slowly drizzle olive oil into food processor.
Add more seasonings and lemon juice if desired.
