I was introduced Three Bakers bread products at the Lodge at Woodloch in the Poconos and fell in love with the moist, fluffy texture and delicious flavor. Although Udi's is another favorite, I find Udi's to often have air holes and be drier in texture. Even the non-gluten eater in the house loved it!
I highly recommend keeping Three Bakers Bread products frozen until use. It tends to go back quicker due to the density and moisture. Unless there are multiple gluten free eaters in the family, keep it frozen and use a slice or two at at time.
