I love these sausage links! I'm not a pork fan, so I often look for flavorful and healthier alternatives for sausage. These are it! At only 100 calories per link, 13 g of protein, and 2.5 grams of fat, you can't get much healthier. I use them in cabbage and brown rice dishes, in omelets, and in stir fries. They add a great flavor component to many dishes. Just keep in mind that the sodium is 530 mg, so limit quantity to one link per day, especially if you are prone to high blood pressure. Enjoy!!
