About

Over five years ago, owner Rachel Stevenson began to "reshape" her body, mind, and soul to live a healthier and happier life. After losing 120 pounds, she left a lucrative sales career, earned a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and developed her own motivational nutrition and wellness company to help others during their own wellness journeys.
Reshaping Nutrition uses a mind, body, and soul approach to help clients develop a better relationship with food and body.
Reshaping Nutrition works with individuals, corporations, and community groups to run health and wellness programs, offering a variety of services that bridge the gap between the dietitian, doctor and client.
